Shift: 18:30 - 07:00 (12-hour shifts) including weekend and holiday rotations.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse in Inpatient Rehabilitation will provide critical care to adults requiring rehabilitation services. This facility specializes in rehabilitation for patients recovering from strokes, brain and spinal cord injuries, amputations, complex orthopedic injuries, and other high-acuity conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care and ensure safety and comfort of patients.
• Assist with medical administration and patient assessments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Support Certified Nursing Assistants (C.N.As) and assist in answering call lights.
• Utilize EHR systems for patient documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1+ year of nursing experience in skilled nursing or other 24/7 skilled care environments.
• Experience in Med-Surg or inpatient rehabilitation is preferred.
• BLS certification is required.
