Shift: 18:30 - 07:00 (12-hour shifts, every other weekend and holiday rotations)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with Med-Surg and inpatient rehabilitation experience to join our team. The Registered Nurse will provide compassionate care to adults requiring inpatient rehabilitation services with high acuity needs. The goal is to help patients achieve their highest level of recovery and prepare for a safe return home.

Responsibilities

• Providing nursing care and support to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
• Administering medications and managing patient care plans.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Helping with patient mobility and utilizing rehabilitation equipment.
• Ensuring patient safety and responding promptly to call lights.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1+ year of nursing experience in skilled nursing or other 24/7 skilled care environment.
• BLS certification is required.
• Preferred experience in Med-Surg or inpatient rehabilitation.
