Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring adherence to clinical standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Document patient information and monitor progress in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Experience

Must have at least 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.

Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
