Job Description
The Registered Nurse (Tele RN) is responsible for delivering comprehensive and quality patient care to patients of all ages, utilizing the nursing process. This role includes providing care for cardiac patients and may require floating to Med Surg and remote Tele units as needed.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Monitor patients with telemetry for any changes in their condition and respond appropriately.
- Provide education and support to patients and families regarding care and treatment plans.
Required Experience
1-2+ years of Telemetry/Stepdown experience required.
Certifications / Licensure
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- NIHSS certification required
