Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with a healthcare team to deliver patient-centered care with a focus on improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the nursing team.

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care effectiveness.

Required Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience as an LPN in a clinical or hospital setting.

Certifications / Licensure

Active LPN license in the state of Colorado.
