Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team, providing high-quality care in a patient-centered environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing patient needs, planning and implementing nursing care, and collaborating with healthcare team members.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
• Educate patients and families about health management and post-discharge care.

Required Experience

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.

Certifications / Licensure

Current RN license in the state of practice required. BLS certification is also required.
