ARMStaffing is looking for an MRI Technologist, Radiology (Evening Shift) in Rochester, New York.

Schedule/Shift

The MRI Technologist will work four 10-hour shifts from Tuesday to Friday, 11:30 AM to 10:00 PM. The first two weeks will require full-time hours for orientation, with flexibility to work day and/or evening shifts as needed. There is no on-call duty or holiday work required.

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified MRI Technologist to join our imaging team. The technologist is responsible for providing quality diagnostic imaging services, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the scanning process. The technologist will collaborate with physicians to deliver accurate and timely results.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe scanning facility.
• Coordinate with physicians to ensure effective diagnostic imaging services.
• Prepare patients for MRI scans and explain the procedures to help them feel at ease.
• Document all procedures while upholding patient confidentiality.
• Assist with patient care tasks as needed.

Required Experience

• Two (2) years of experience as an MRI Technologist.
• Experience with GE or Siemens MRI scanners is mandatory.

Certifications/Licensure

• BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required.
• Certification through the ARRT or a similar organization is preferred; candidates must be willing to obtain certification after starting.
