Schedule / Shift

Shift: 6:45 AM - 5:15 PM, Monday through Friday. On-call required on weekends with a 30-minute response time.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) with experience in the Operating Room, specifically within the Spine and Total Joint specialty. This unit features 3 operating rooms dedicated to spine and joint procedures, providing advanced surgical care in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in large spinal fusions, including ALIF, OLIF, DLIF, ACDF, and ACDR.
• Scrub for spine and total joint procedures, including fusions and joint replacements.
• Maintain sterile conditions and assist in the overall smooth operation of the surgical team.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 6 months current hospital CST experience.
• Experience with large spinal fusion procedures is essential.

Certifications / Licensure

• Active DORA and NBSTA certifications are required.
