Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and team-oriented Travel Registered Nurse to join our PACU unit. This role is essential in providing high-quality post-anesthesia care for patients. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative spirit and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the PACU setting
• Monitor patients' recovery from anesthesia, ensuring safety and comfort
• Collaborate with the surgical team and communicate effectively with patients and families
• Administer medications and manage patients' pain levels
• Document patient information in the EMR system (Meditech)

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN license
• BLS certification
• NBSTA and DORA Certifications
• Experience with Ortho, Spine, Da Vinci, Mako, Globus, and Laparoscopic procedures preferred
