Job Description
The Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the operating room setting. The role requires adherence to best practices and protocols to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes during surgical procedures.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered care during surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to facilitate efficient case flow.
- Maintain a sterile environment and uphold infection control standards.
- Respond to patient needs in a timely and effective manner.
Required Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an OR setting.
Certifications / Licensure
- Current Alaska RN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
- Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) preferred.
