Schedule / Shift

This position requires night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a schedule of 3x12 or 4x12 hours. Weekend coverage is expected every other weekend.

Job Description

The role involves working in an LTAC MS/Tele unit and requires floating based on unit needs. Applicants should have experience in Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) settings including Medical-Surgical (MS), Telemetry, and Progressive Care Unit (PCU).

Responsibilities

• Administer medications via the Omnicell system.
• Monitor and manage patients with complex health conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including Physical Therapy and Pharmacy.
• Perform patient assessments and document appropriately.
• Care for patients on various interventions such as arterial lines, IV sedation, and ventilators.

Required Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in an LTAC, MS/Tele, or PCU setting.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with the EPIC electronic medical record system.

Certifications / Licensure

• Active South Carolina RN license.
• Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS.
