ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Medical-Surgical/Telemetry (Day Shift) in Orangeburg, South Carolina.

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

The schedule consists of 3x12 hour shifts, from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with weekend requirements of every other weekend.

Job Description

This role supports a 286-bed acute care hospital and will involve caring for adults and geriatrics in a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit. The facility operates with a patient-care ratio of 1:5-6, providing hands-on care using Epic for charting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient care in a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry setting.
• Monitor telemetry and manage cardiac drips within scope.
• Administer medications and blood products as required.
• Perform assessments and document care through Epic.
• Float to similar units as necessary.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is required.
• Previous charge experience is preferred.
• Experience in a community hospital setting is preferred.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current South Carolina RN license or Compact license is required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required; NIH preferred.
