Night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, working 3x12 or 4x12 hours with weekend coverage required every other weekend but may vary based on unit needs.

Job Description

Join our healthcare team as a Registered Nurse in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) Medical-Surgical/Telemetry position. This role requires the ability to float based on unit needs and handle a daily census of around 15 patients. Your experience and skills will contribute significantly to the care of adult and geriatric patients in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and monitor patient status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Manage IV therapy and assist with various procedures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans in the EPIC system.

Required Experience

Applicants must have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a focus on LTAC, Medical-Surgical, and Telemetry nursing.

Certifications / Licensure

• Active South Carolina nursing license.
• ACLS certification.
• BLS certification.
• NIHSS certification.
