Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for an outpatient setting. This role requires working with adult patients to evaluate and treat orthopedic conditions. Ideal candidates will have orthopedic experience and a strong passion for patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions based on established plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and rehabilitation approaches.
• Document all patient interactions and treatments in the Cerner charting system.

Required Experience

• One year of experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience with outpatient orthopedic settings is preferred.

Certifications / Licensure

• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
