Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule / Shift

Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, working 3 shifts per week with 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule.

Job Description

The PCU/Tele RN will evaluate assigned patients, plan, implement, and document nursing care. The role includes assisting physicians during examinations and procedures, performing various patient tests, and administering medications within the scope of practice. You will promote patient independence by establishing care goals and educating patients and families about their conditions and self-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient condition and administer cardiac drips.
• Be familiar with procedures such as TAVR and Watchman mitral clips.
• Maintain nursing documentation using Cerner EMR.
• Float between departments as required.

Required Experience

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Certifications / Licensure

• Current Arizona RN license.
• BLS Certification.
• ACLS Certification.
