Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse with progressive care or stepdown experience to join our healthcare team. This nursing role is essential for providing quality care to patients with various cardiac conditions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage patients experiencing heart failure, myocardial infarction, cardiac arrhythmias, and other related conditions.
• Administer medications and manage cardiac IV medication titrations as needed.
• Perform bedside cardioversion and apply relevant procedures as necessary.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Telemetry experience and familiarity with titratable IV medications.
• Experience in a stepdown or progressive care unit preferred.
• Relief charge experience is a plus.
