Job Description
The Neuro Progressive Care Unit (NPCU) is a 20-bed unit focusing on the care of stable post-stroke and neuro-surgery patients, telemetry patients, and other medical patients. The Registered Nurse will utilize Cerner as the electronic health record system.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a neuro progressive care setting.
- Monitor and manage telemetry patients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
- Document patient care and progress thoroughly in Cerner.
Required Experience
Minimum of two years of experience in a similar clinical setting.
Certifications/Licensure
Current Registered Nurse license in the state of North Carolina is required.
