Contract Registered Nurse - Level 3-L4 NICU

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse for our Level 3-L4 NICU. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in neonatal intensive care and be able to manage a patient load of 3-4 patients per RN. This position requires collaboration with a diverse team of healthcare professionals while providing exceptional care to our most vulnerable patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to NICU patients
• Monitor patient vitals and manage ongoing assessments
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans
• Educate families on patient care and health management

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of Level 3 NICU experience
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• Current RN license
