Job Description
The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) will provide specialized care for premature and critically ill newborns. The RN will be responsible for monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement patient care plans.
- Provide education and support to families regarding newborn care and health issues.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas.
- Experience in a NICU setting is preferred.
