3x12 Hour Night Shift (19:00 - 07:00) with every other weekend required.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Peds/Neonatal Critical Care Transport RN to support ground transportation needs for infants and pediatric patients within the Seattle area. The RN will work alongside a transportation team of respiratory therapists and advanced practice providers to transfer patients to a higher level of care at designated facilities. This role may involve floating to cover bedside nursing needs in NICU, PICU, or pediatric units as required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary transport team for patient transfers.
• Provide critical support and care during transport of neonate and pediatric patients.
• Manage and monitor patient conditions during transportation, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Float to NICU, PICU, or pediatric units to provide bedside nursing as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of pediatric or neonatal nursing experience.
• Active compact RN license required.
• Certifications: BLS, NRP, PALS.
• Charge nurse experience is preferred.
• Experience in ground transportation is essential.
