Job Description

The Physical Therapist will evaluate assigned patients and develop treatment plans in accordance with their needs and physician direction. This role requires providing comprehensive care, ensuring that patients receive effective treatment to promote their return to daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document medical records in a clear and timely manner, ensuring compliance with guidelines.
• Participate in training programs for students, providing mentorship and support.
• Engage in professional development and continuing education initiatives to enhance skills.
• Adhere to ethical standards and maintain licensure in good standing.
• Contribute to performance improvement initiatives and patient safety practices.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of outpatient clinical experience.
• CPR Certification is required.
• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist in good standing.
