Schedule

• Day Shift: 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00)
• Night Shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
• Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend
• Holiday Requirement: Must be available to work every other holiday, if needed

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for our Emergency Room (ER). The ideal candidate will have EPIC charting experience and a strong background in emergency care for adults. This critical care role requires the ability to manage various emergency cases, including neuro-trauma and cardiac monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency care for adult and geriatric patients
• Perform IV therapy including blood product administration and central line care
• Manage ventilator support, including CPAP/BiPAP
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and interpret dysrhythmias
• Participate in triage and implement isolation precautions as required
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active New York State RN License (must not be pending)
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
• Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience preferred
• Experience with EPIC charting is required
