Physical Therapist - Outpatient Pediatrics Rehab

This is a full-time position, working Monday-Friday, five 8-hour days. The Pediatrics Rehab Center is closed on weekends and all major holidays.

Job Description

The Physical Therapist will work at the Genesis Outpatient Pediatrics Rehab Center, managing a caseload of approximately 50 patients. This role involves providing evaluations, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapy interventions for pediatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess pediatric patients' needs and treatment goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Implement therapy interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Candidates must have:

• A minimum of two years of current experience in pediatric rehabilitation.
• Valid Ohio Physical Therapist license and registry (not in process).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
