Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Travel RN for our Med/Surg unit, specializing in pain management and post-operative care. The role involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and administer medications as prescribed.
• Perform wound and dressing care on post-operative burn and flap patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Meditech EMR.
• Coordinate with healthcare team members for effective patient management.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions; report changes to the charge nurse.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 1-year current hospital Med/Surg experience.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Experience in burn care, wound care, and ostomy care is a plus.
