Schedule

Shift times are from 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with flexible start times between 7 AM and 8 AM. A weekend shift is required once a month.

Job Description

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients in an acute care setting, focusing on a variety of diagnoses, including cardiac, vascular, and orthopedic care. The successful candidate will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to patients and will manage a patient ratio of approximately 10 patients per 8-hour day.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with other medical staff to coordinate patient care.
• Utilize basic rehabilitation equipment as well as advanced therapy tools.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation using the Sunrise Allscripts system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• NH Physical Therapy License, must be in hand at time of submission.
• BLS certification.
• Acute care experience preferred; vestibular experience is a plus but not required.
