Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry Unit

Schedule

Day shift, 3x12-hour schedule from 07:00 AM to 07:30 PM.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with telemetry experience to join our Observation Unit. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and be comfortable handling a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a telemetry setting.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and interpret telemetry data.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in the charting system.
• Educate patients and their families on care plans and health management.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state.
• At least 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in telemetry or a related specialty.
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS.
