Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned healthcare professional with a valid Nursys license and various health credentials to join our team. This position requires compliance with several health and safety protocols, as well as professional attestation and background checks.
Responsibilities
- Complete required health history and documentation.
- Participate in necessary credentialing processes including background checks and competency exams.
- Adhere to health and safety standards including immunizations and health screenings.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of nursing practices and protocols relevant to the role.
Required Experience
Experience in nursing with compliance to state health regulations is required.
Certifications / Licensure
- Valid Nursys license.
- Completion of Prime CA Sexual Harassment Prevention Training.
- Current certification in CPR and other relevant training.
