Night Shift: 3x12 Hour (19:00 - 07:00)

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care during the labor and delivery process. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of maternal-fetal care and should be able to perform a range of clinical duties in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist during labor, delivery, and postpartum care for mothers and newborns.
• Conduct vaginal exams and monitor patient progress.
• Provide comprehensive baby care, ensuring the health and safety of newborns.
• Maintain a high nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:2.
• Administer medications and assist in pain management as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery.
• Current RN license.
• Required certifications: BLS, AWHONN Advanced, NRP Advanced (completing all 11 components), and Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AFM).
• Experience with managing a variety of birth scenarios, including less than 100 to over 300 births.
