Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Travel Nurse to join our team specializing in Gynecology and Genitourinary procedures at our Level One Trauma Center. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in surgical nursing, exceptional patient care, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress environment. The RN must be competent in Robotics (Da Vinci Xi), PCNLs, Nephrectomy's, Ureteral Reimplants, Hysterectomy's, Cystectomy's, Colpocleisis, Hysteroscopy's, and Ureteroscopy's, and be comfortable with a patient population that ranges from pediatrics to geriatrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional nursing care to patients undergoing gynecology and genitourinary procedures.
• Assist in surgeries using advanced technology such as Robotics.
• Manage patient care in a high-stress operating room environment.
• Collaborate with surgical teams and maintain a focus on patient safety.
• Participate in scheduled trauma call as per specialty team rules.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3 years of Level 1 trauma experience required.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
• CNOR certification preferred.
• Experience in gynecology, genitourinary, and surgical nursing is essential.
