Physical Therapist - Inpatient Rehabilitation

Job Description

Join a state-of-the-art inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital dedicated to helping individuals regain their independence following an injury or illness. We focus on customized rehabilitation programs tailored to patients recovering from strokes, brain injuries, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injuries, amputations, and orthopedic injuries.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations, treatment plans, and therapy interventions for patients in an inpatient rehab setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care across various specializations including neurological rehabilitation, spinal cord injuries, and stroke rehabilitation.
• Focus on restoring strength, mobility, and confidence in patients to ensure their transition back to independent living.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in inpatient rehabilitation.
• Licensed therapist from an accredited university and program.
• Experience in neurological rehabilitation preferred.

Schedule

This position offers a day shift, working 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with required weekend hours.

This is a 13-week contract position.
