Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. In this role, you will evaluate patients and develop and implement appropriate treatment plans for various diagnoses. Your primary objective will be to enhance patients' strength, range of motion (ROM), balance, safety, and overall function. Additionally, you will educate patients and caregivers on effective home exercise programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations to assess their physical therapy needs.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs to promote continued improvement.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current Colorado PT licensure or compact for Colorado.
• At least two years of PT experience; 3-5 years is preferred.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Flu vaccination is mandatory; no declinations accepted from October 1 to April 1.
