Job Description

Join a dynamic and supportive healthcare team as a Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry/Med-Surg. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring patient safety and promoting overall health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in Med-Surg and Telemetry units.
• Monitor vital signs, administer medication, and assess patient conditions.
• Communicate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
• Fulfill duties in a step-down unit when needed, maintaining patient safety and comfort.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN license.
• Experience in Med-Surg and Telemetry preferred; step-down experience is a plus.
• Flu vaccine is required with no exceptions.
• Must adhere to a 100-mile radius rule for traveler applicants.
