Job Description

Join our dedicated team as a Registered Nurse in the ICU/CVICU, where you'll provide critical patient care in a supportive and innovative environment. Our facility is a Joint Commission Accredited, 171-bed community hospital and regional referral center, certified as a Chest Pain Center and Level III Trauma center.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the ICU/CVICU setting.
• Monitor and manage critically ill patients, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Perform assessments, administer medications, and provide interventions as per protocols.
• Participate in weekend call requirements as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• NIH Stroke certification preferred.
• Experience with common diagnoses such as STEMI, COPD exacerbation, Sepsis, and Acute Respiratory Failure.
