Job Description

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in various settings
• Monitor and assess patient health status
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current nursing license in the state of Arizona
• Previous nursing experience in a similar or relevant setting
• BLS certification required
