Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) - Strike Assignment

Shift: 07:00 AM - 07:30 PM

Job Description

We are seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) for a temporary strike assignment. This position is crucial during the strike period, and candidates must be available to work starting from the strike date on September 3, 2026. The selected candidates will undergo orientation to be eligible for work.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients.
• Assess patient health needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient information and care in the electronic health record (EPIC).
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the best outcomes for patients.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active nursing license verification required.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications as applicable.
• Proof of MMR and Varicella vaccination or attestation required.
• EPIC knowledge is mandatory.

Assignment Duration

This is a temporary role directly related to the duration of the strike, which is expected to conclude after several days. Further details regarding the assignment length will be provided as the situation develops.
