This position involves night shifts, working 3x12-hour shifts from 18:30 to 07:00.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced emergency department setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient conditions in the emergency setting.
• Administer medications and provide treatment according to established protocols.
• Manage critical and emergency situations effectively, including trauma cases.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using electronic charting systems.
• Support and educate patients and families regarding care plans and medical conditions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Two years of experience in an emergency department preferred.
• Must possess current BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications.
• Previous charge experience is preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical record systems, preferably Epic.
• Experience in community hospital and trauma-level facilities is preferred.
