Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The unit consists of 60 beds, with a patient ratio of 2-3:1. This role requires prior NICU experience, and the candidate will work closely with a highly skilled nursing team, focusing on providing exceptional care to our smallest patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonatal patients.
• Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Utilize advanced medical equipment, including Philips monitors.
• Document patient care in Meditech & Centricity systems.
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures within NICU.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license.
• Current BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications.
• Previous NICU experience is mandatory.
