Schedule

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Requires 3 shifts per week with rotating weekends and holiday requirements.

Job Description

Join a dynamic team in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, providing specialized care for newborns requiring intensive medical attention. The unit consists of 60 beds and maintains patient ratios of 2-3:1. The ideal candidate will have previous NICU experience and be proficient in the use of Philips Monitors, Meditech, and Centricity documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess neonatal patients, providing critical care and interventions as needed.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with hospital policies.
• Administer medications and perform necessary procedures as per unit guidelines.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of Tennessee.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
• STABLE certification is preferred.
• Previous experience in a NICU setting is required.
