Schedule

7:00 PM - 7:00 AM with 3 shifts per week, including rotating weekends and holiday requirements.

Job Description

The role involves providing high-quality nursing care to newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Nurses will work in a fast-paced environment, managing complex patient needs and collaborating effectively with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients' vital signs and health status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Provide emotional support and education to families.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and care planning.
• Document patient information accurately and timely using the Meditech & Centricity systems.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in the state of Tennessee.
• Current BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications required.
• Previous NICU experience is mandatory.
