MS/Tele RN - Night Shift

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Night shifts, 4x12-hour schedule (19:00 - 07:00). Every other weekend required.

Job Description

The MS/Tele RN will provide nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients. This involves monitoring vital signs, managing medications, and ensuring patient safety. The RN will need to have strong assessment skills and the ability to interpret telemetry readings.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families on health management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
• Document patient care and progress in the medical records system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience required.
• Must have current South Carolina RN license or Compact license in hand prior to start.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required.
• Experience in medical-surgical nursing is required; telemetry experience preferred.
