Full-time Outpatient Physical Therapist

Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Outpatient Physical Therapist at our Valley View Eagle Clinic in Eagle, Colorado. Due to the increase in patient volume, we are expanding our rehabilitation staff to reduce wait times.

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients and developing and implementing appropriate treatment plans for a variety of diagnoses. Focus areas include improving patients' strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and function. Educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs is also an essential responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions to enhance patient strength, ROM, balance, and overall function.
• Educate patients and caregivers on effective home exercise programs.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Bachelor's degree in physical therapy.
• Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or compact for Colorado.
• At least two years of PT experience; 3-5 years preferred.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
