Job Description

Join a premier healthcare facility in Western Colorado as an Outpatient Full-time Physical Therapist. This position is available at our Carbondale Clinic due to an increase in patient volume, aimed at reducing wait times and enhancing patient care. As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate patients and create and implement effective treatment plans for various diagnoses, with a focus on improving strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and overall function. You will also provide education to patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions to improve patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy.
• Current Colorado PT licensure or compact for Colorado.
• At least two years of PT experience; three to five years preferred.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
