Job Description

The Rehabilitation teams evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions that have caused either a decline in self-care, physical mobility, or functional independence. This role involves providing evaluations and treatments for a variety of patients from pediatrics to geriatrics in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The responsibilities include evaluation, treatment, and discharge recommendations for patients with orthopedic, neurological, and ADL needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Provide interventions including hand therapy, orthopedic P.T., neurological therapy, custom splinting, driving assessments, and ADL training.
• Facilitate discharge planning and provide recommendations for ongoing care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current unencumbered Oregon Occupational Therapist license required.
• Healthcare Provider BLS certification required.
