Physical Therapist - Days (Rotating)

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

5x8-hour rotating days (08:00 - 16:30 / 09:00 - 18:30), with two late shifts required per week. This position does not require weekend shifts.

Job Description

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with various physical conditions, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy interventions in both outpatient and sports medicine environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assess patient needs.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment options and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Active state license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• First-time travelers are accepted.
• Experience in acute care, outpatient clinic, rehabilitation, and skilled nursing facilities is preferred.

Location

Aberdeen and Bel Air, MD (floating between locations may be required).
