Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel RN specializing in Labor and Delivery. The RN will primarily work in the Delivery Room, providing exceptional care to patients in high-risk labor situations, including C-sections and other related procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients in labor and delivery.
• Assist in C-sections and manage high-risk L&D cases.
• Utilize advanced technology and equipment such as Alaris pumps, PCA pumps, and CPN monitors.
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Ensure adherence to unit policies, including the oxytocin policy.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital L&D RN experience.
• Active BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications.
• EFM-C or AWHONN certification preferred.
• Experience with circulating C-sections and high-risk labor delivery is a plus.
