Job Description

We are seeking a qualified healthcare professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and a comprehensive understanding of the required health and professional credentials.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all required health and safety protocols as outlined by the institution.
• Maintain and update personal health and professional credentials as necessary.
• Participate in training and competency evaluations as mandated.
• Provide exceptional care and support to patients, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.

• COVID-19 Vaccine (Onboard required)

• Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen (Onboard required)
• MMR (Onboard required)
• Physical/Health Statement (Onboard required)
• Hepatitis B Vaccine (Onboard required)
• Trinity Skills Checklist (Onboard required)
• License/Certificate Verification (Onboard required)
• Completion of necessary training and evaluations as per facility guidelines
