Schedule

Night shifts, 3x12-hour schedule from 18:45 to 07:15, with weekend requirements every other week.

Job Description

The Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive nursing care in a 24-bed MedSurg/Tele overflow unit, ensuring remarkable patient experiences through collaboration with the healthcare team. This role includes monitoring telemetry patients and accurately treating dysrhythmias.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients' telemetry readings and respond to dysrhythmias as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide quality patient care.
• Administer medications and ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Assist CNAs and maintain optimal patient ratios for effective care delivery.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Current BCLS certification is required; ACLS preferred.
• Telehealth experience and the ability to manage dysrhythmias are essential.
• Active RN license in North Carolina or a compact state is required.
