ICU Registered Nurse (RN) - Night and Day Shifts

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Rotating shifts or straight nights are possible, with 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 - 07:00 or 07:00 - 19:00.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality care to critically ill patients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and manage complex patient needs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
• Monitor and assess patient condition, administering necessary treatments and medications.
• Manage ventilated patients and perform advanced procedures as required.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in the Cerner charting system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in PA or Compact license required.
• A minimum of 2 years of ICU experience is preferred.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS must be current at the time of submission.
• Previous charge experience is preferred.
• Cerner charting system experience is preferred.
