Schedule

Night shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00). Rotating weekends are required.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) who is ready to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in various emergency care skills and be expected to manage a patient ratio of 1:5.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency room environment.
• Administer emergency medical care and medications per protocols.
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions and document relevant information in the Epic charting system.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Perform triage and prioritize treatment based on patient needs.
• Participate in necessary emergency procedures and assist with trauma cases.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active WA RN license or compact RN license.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience as an RN in a hospital setting.
• Preferred previous charge experience in the emergency department.
• Current certifications in BLS, PALS, ACLS, and TNCC.
