Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled CT Technologist with a minimum of 1 year of recent experience in CT. The ideal candidate will possess a New York State license and be BLS Certified. This role requires hands-on experience with various CT procedures and effective patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT examinations including abdomen, pelvis, chest, and head with and without contrast.
• Administer contrast media as required and ensure patient safety during procedures.
• Implement isolation precautions and use appropriate PPE.
• Prepare and assist patients of all age groups for procedures, ensuring comfort and understanding.
• Maintain and operate CT equipment, performing calibrations and quality checks.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 1 year of recent hands-on CT experience.
• Current New York State license.
• BLS Certification.
• ARRT Certification in CT preferred; however, it is not mandatory.
• Injection certification required to perform contrast CT exams.
